Dishwashing is a great entry-level position with enough challenges to keep you busy and to learn how the restaurant industry works from its core.
Job tasks and responsibilities of a dishwasher includes but are not limited to:

Keeping a clean and tidy work area while maintaining the dishes from the dining room along with the kitchen prep dishes.

May assist the line with filling sauces and getting ingredients from the fridge as needed.

Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Must be a team-player who is willing to assist where needed.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in a very fast-paced environment and work quickly and efficiently with the ability to adapt

Prioritization of shift tasks is an important and necessary attribute.
Duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the needs and requirements during the shift worked.
